We Are Looking For

Solid NLP and/or speech background — ASR, TTS, NER, classification, translation, or LLM-based NLU.
Experience with transformers, Hugging Face, and speech toolkits (Whisper, Kaldi, wav2vec, etc.).
Bonus: experience with low-resource or local languages (Urdu, Pashto, etc.).
For the Lead role: experience guiding a team and owning technical decisions.
Willing to work 100% on-site in Peshawar (or relocate immediately upon hiring).
Strong communicators who can work with both technical teams and public-sector stakeholders.
Self-driven professionals who take ownership and deliver in a structured environment.
