We Are Looking For

Strong computer vision background — object detection, segmentation, OCR, or video analytics.
Deep learning frameworks: PyTorch or TensorFlow, plus OpenCV.
Experience training, optimizing, and deploying models to production or edge.
For the Lead role: experience guiding a team and owning technical decisions.
Willing to work 100% on-site in Peshawar (or relocate immediately upon hiring).
Strong communicators who can work with both technical teams and public-sector stakeholders.
Self-driven professionals who take ownership and deliver in a structured environment.
