We Are Looking For

QA or testing background, ideally applied to AI/ML or LLM systems.
Understanding of LLM failure modes — hallucination, jailbreaks, prompt injection, bias, drift.
Ability to build evaluation datasets, test harnesses, and meaningful metrics.
A naturally adversarial, detail-obsessed mindset.
Willing to work 100% on-site in Peshawar (or relocate immediately upon hiring).
Strong communicators who can work with both technical teams and public-sector stakeholders.
Self-driven professionals who take ownership and deliver in a structured environment.
