We Are Looking For

Solid ML fundamentals plus strong software engineering (mostly Python).
Experience training and deploying models — classical ML and/or deep learning.
Comfort with the full pipeline: data prep, training, evaluation, serving.
Eagerness to work across CV, NLP, and generative AI.
Willing to work 100% on-site in Peshawar (or relocate immediately upon hiring).
Strong communicators who can work with both technical teams and public-sector stakeholders.
Self-driven professionals who take ownership and deliver in a structured environment.
